We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be our error, we will cover the cost and resolve it at no additional charge. If a return is approved, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact samantha@augment.market. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
